      Keep it up Grav.

The half turns, the interceptions against the opposition, the running, I am loving it.

      Simply incredible.

So pleasing how quickly he's adapted to the new role, not only that but also how consistent he's been.

Newly promoted team away - passed the test
A side who like to frustrate with 3 seasoned pro's - passed the test
Biggest game of the season again our main rivals - passed the test

      Very happy for him.

I keep saying there is defo a player in there, he's just so light on his feet for quite a tall fella... I think with the new manager liekly being Slot, and him being Dutch, we might see him use Ryan a lot and we'll finally see some of his potential shine through next season.

Said this in April and after three games it’s looking like the truth… never expected it straight from the off though! Three games he’s absolutely bossed!

I’ll see him getting stuck into a player inside the centre circle then see him on the left wing getting stuck in on a player as if he’s teleported there… keep going ryan!

I really appreciate the tenacity that Endo plays with. Very never say die and all heart approach. But Ryan just brings a calmness and tactical style to the position. It's a very Dutch way of playing a position I always label with intensity and strength. He just glides around. It's been a real treat to watch him and Slot put their spin on a position that's so crucial to our team.

Love it. My oldest just ordered his kit and emulates a lot of style.

It’s almost as if he was a little lost last season with his position. Now he has direction and real purpose in terms of what we need in the team - and he’s thriving from it.

If you showed anyone this clip and we signed him this season as a dedicated 6 for £80m everyone would be happy. He’s some player!!!

You can see why at the moment they are happy to wait for their other midfielder to sit in the double pivot

One more gives Slot a lot of options

He is showing up for every match with a performance of minimum 7.5.

Continue to get you name on the MOTM.

He has took his chance with an open arms. He is playing better than his fellows midfielders.
