For all the obvious financial incentives to do it, I think the genuine warmth and excitement from so so many over this announcement justifies it alone.
Got in to buy tickets at about 10:30 this morning for Croke.Cheapest available was 600 quid. F**k that.
And will be resold for twice or three times that.
What a load of sh*te!!The pair of pricks still can't stand each other and it's deffo all about the money.Loved them in the 90s until you realise Noel isn't that much of a musical genius and ripped off his tunes from actual real rock greats.
In a que to access the Ticketmaster site 😂…
Did you get any? Both my sons were trying. My son who lives in Manchester was over 20,000 in the queue and never got any. The other one who lives in Abu Dhabi bought two £500 each VIP for Endinburgh 🤢 That to watch two blue tw@ts 😂 he’s f***in mad 🤦♂️

Got in to get tickets and they had that "dynamic pricing" bullshit where the standing tickets were €490 each before booking charges etc so we signed out. €1,000 for two tickets? No chance
Prices are a piss take. I thought they would've set them at a fair level so all get a decent chance to see them but apparently money is more important.
It’s not them that have set the prices, it’s ticketmaster taking the piss and their PR have come out and said so. That’s why they added more dates so real fans can get a chance of getting tickets second time around.
And they can make even more money
Possibly a bit of that mate but I wonder whether they might also have been slightly influenced by the uproar it caused too. I personally think if you're that concerned about the risk of seeing massively inflated prices these sorts of things get addressed in advance.
I got 2 tickets from that final release they did.Sat 27th sep at Wembley next year. £330 for both tickets, shitty seating in a restricted view. But at least I got them.
