The article is pure rubbish, I mean for a start off we are broke, and it would cost 20 million to pay off rafa early.
The only possible way rafa could go early is if a club like Real were to come in and offer to buy out Rafa's contract. The point of the article is to try and upset, or destabilise Rafa in such a way that he might jump, if such an offer from Real came along.
If ever that scenario were to come along, then there is no telling who they might replace him with. If it happened anytime soon it would likely be a cheap short term option such as Kenny Dalgleish, or this other fella mentioned in the article. They would want to make it more appealing to new owners who could come in and change it without the expense of paying out a huge debt to a manager.
