He did not play midfield, he just cut inside when possible and against lesser teams.

Not watched any of pre season the score lines suggest we are in for more basket ball style football that lends itself to winning nothing.

If we start shipping in goals like last season then we can forget it. On paper it's hard to see how the team can function for a full season if this is to be the final squad.

It looks like a team devoid of protection to the defence.

And that's before the inevitable raft of injuries come in!

The weakest squad of players we've had since the first few years of Jürgen before he built a formidable squad. We are now officially back to scrapping for top 4 from the first game of the season.

I think Mudryk plays a big part with his pace and trickery. Our right side will be exposed and we'll have no ball winning midfielder to make matter worse. Let's hope for a win but would take a draw with no 6 available
