What’s the point of him being here, only going to be played if we’re in dire straits or it’s the 89th minute. He’s better than that

Much better. Deserves better. Could have helped the team today but wasnt to be. As i say, waste of a squad place and not his fault

Players who arnt lazy would be a start. Endo would have covered ground and got stuck in.

It's baffling how little he's used by Slot....He was one of the players of the season for me last year.

It’s a shame because I still don’t think he’s ever put a foot wrong for us, even the little time he’s had this season he’s always looked great when on… could have done with 11 of him on the pitch when it went to 2-1..

Akin to Milner at 37, great attitude, work rate, committment etc. but with the lack of mobility he doesn't cover the ground enough. Starting is out of the question as he gives up too much against athletic midfielders (which is basically every team).

Having said that we didn't win a single tackle in the first half, that would not have been the case with him on.

Hindsight of course, but yes bringing him on when we were leading may have helped.

Overall though we need a 5th starting option for the 3 spots in central midfield so bringing in a player surely should be a priority. No Dom there today we were left with no choice but to start the three we did, so there's little wiggle room.

I think Endo is a little overrated by a lot of our own fans. He doesn’t really fit our style of play but he’s good enough when we are up late and need to add a little extra defense. It kind of gets old having people complain about his playing time when it’s obvious that Slot doesn’t rate him above all of our other options.

He’s simply not a player Arne rates, or values….so it makes no sense to use him. That’s the bottom line.

We had the offer from Marseille, we refused. Questions have to be asked why he wasn’t moved on.

We would have beaten you 7-2 if you had 11 Endo’s on the pitch. 😂😂😂 I really don’t know what some of you see in him apart from tackling. There’s a reason why 🦥 doesn’t rate him. 😉

      This.

Wild amount of overreactions to what is a very good squad player.

Arne obviously doesn't see him fitting his style, he'll play the odd game here or there and likely leave in the summer.

Not worth the amount for anger it seems to provoke on here

Gotta use this kid more.  Did great last night at CB, and honestly hasn't done much wrong when he's pkayed. Has a great attitude and work rate. Slot needs to expand his side more. Thisnisnt the dog crap Dutch league. This is the Premiership, the Champions League, this is top notch football. No cupcakes here. He needs to utilize more of our squad as these games are starting to show on some of their legs

He comes on and just does the simple things. He's a good leveller much in the same way Hendo was. He guards the ball well and give his all.

He's like a Jack Russell ....just chasing anything that moves and snapping at their ankles....He's a better footballer than Mac Allister...there I've said it.

You will catch...nobody with that one.

He is a very useful squad player. Would have liked to have seen him close out a few more games as Slot has been reluctant to lean on him at times.

Him and Harvey are both suited to come on later in games for different reasons and hopefully Slot will call on them more.

      This.

I think we won a ton of games in the beginning because of how good our first 11s form was. I think we can win a lot of games in the end of this race because of how versatile our bench is.

Wata seeing things out. Harvey and Cheisas creativity. Bradley's engine. Etc etc. Need to lean on the squad these next few months.
