Yep and now with Harvey missing the next however many games, he's 1 that needs to pull his weight with the offensive side and being that integral link between midfield and attack unless Arne has plans to experiment with Jota/Gakpo there.

Jones for England u23’s was more of the higher creative player during the last tournament for them , he just needs to ensure that he isn’t holding onto the ball too long

He had a really good spell.last season when he scored some goals and really made an impact. He wasn't alone in going off the boil after returning from injury. Like gomez seems to play better with a run of games.

We will see. Ultimately I imagine the medical/ conditioning staff will have a say. He may have to adapt as the season goes on.

It’s a huge difference from the Dutch league, think we will play around 15 games more than what he normally has had - got to keep the players fresh and use the squad

I remember years ago Mourinho was asked the question when he is giving interviews what proportion of his answer is aimed at fans, what proportion is aimed at the media, and what proportion is aimed at the players.
